About The Role:

This individual will be the owner of the student experience from virtual classroom training to online curriculum development to ensure high program ratings and positive student outcomes and career success. 

How You’ll Make An Impact:

  • Enhance the student experience by overseeing and executing on our curriculum and learning pathway road map to increase the amount of lessons on our LMS platform 
  • Ensure our pedagogy and content is staying ahead of the competition and driving student placement and retention outcomes to ensure we are the leading sales bootcamp in the world 
  • Develop highly engaging and interactive training materials (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc) with course development 
  • Design training utilizing e-learning, game-based learning, exercises, and activities that enhance the learning process and will support the acceleration of learning
  • Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
  • Act as liaison between certified SME’s and other expert practitioners to enhance the curriculum 
  • Support Victory Lap leadership team with corporate training engagements by assisting in content creation and classroom facilitation
  • Collaborate closely with Admissions and Client Success Manager to ensure all training is relevant and crucial student information is being communicated cross-functionally.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6-10 years of experience in training, coaching, managing, or developing sales reps
  • Demonstrated knowledge of blended learning strategies, curriculum planning, and curating content into engaging learning paths 
  • Experience in content creation, facilitation, and testing methodologies for all adult learning styles in a blended learning environment
  • Successful track record in sales and sales leadership a big plus 
  • Proven track record consulting to business leaders and designing, developing, and implementing high impact and innovative training, learning, and development programs.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent people skills; likable, motivational, and genuine
  • Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.

About The Role:

The Student Success Advisor at Victory Lap will work closely with the Sales, Recruiting, and Customer Success Leaders to help identify, promote, and match students with opportunities that result in milestone achievements and measurable outcomes for the long-term success of both Victory Lap and it’s customers. They will also own the coordination and coaching for all interviews and customer interactions our students have while their profiles are live in our talent marketplace.

How You’ll Make An Impact:

  • You will be the key contact that is helping our students find the role of their dreams and succeed in their careers sooner!
  • You will be the owner of student inventory in our Talent Marketplace and will be the in-house expert for profile creation, resume building, interviewing etiquette, and career advice
  • Acting as our students’ go-to person throughout their job search, the impact will be measurable through interview success, but also in the connection, you make with each and every student!
  • Scheduling 1:1 and small group coaching sessions with students to determine skill level, industry experience, and education/training needs to ensure proper company fit
  • Manage an ever-evolving pipeline of students who are active in Victory Lap’s network through calls, emails, in-person meetings, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with Admissions and Client Success Manager to ensure all interviews are being scheduled and information is being communicated appropriately on students’ behalf to Victory Lap’s Members

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years as a recruiter, sales representative, or admissions-related role preferred
  • A leader who creates loyalty and trust with teammates and students
  • Demonstrates a high level of resiliency as human behavior is unpredictable
  • Proactive is common in your vocabulary and day to day actions; you like to get ahead of problems before they present themselves

About The Role:

This individual will be the lead instructor and facilitator for all our student facing bootcamp programs and will have a profound impact on each student as a coach, mentor, and teacher.

How You’ll Make An Impact:

  • Develop highly engaging and interactive training materials (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc) with course development 
  • Provide 1:1 coaching and feedback throughout the program in both live scenarios and through our LMS
  • Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
  • Tailor the training and coaching to each student to ensure they graduate the program job ready 
  • Support Victory Lap leadership team with corporate training engagements by assisting in content creation and classroom facilitation
  • Collaborate closely with Admissions and Client Success Manager to ensure all training is relevant and crucial student information is being communicated cross-functionally.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-5 years of experience in training, coaching, managing, or developing sales reps 
  • A love for teaching, coaching, and mentoring sales professionals
  • Great classroom management and engagement ability and to be that teacher everyone loves 
  • Experience in content creation, facilitation, and testing methodologies for all adult learning styles in a blended learning environment
  • Successful track record in sales and sales leadership a big plus 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
